For those of you who don't know, my dad died of cancer almost 9 years ago. His name was Henry. A week ago I got this letter in the mail:

This is a blog about my random thoughts. I don't think this blog will really have a theme, more of a collection of odd, unrelated stuff. This might end up being an outlet for weird stuff I find interesting, thereby saving my poor wife from having to hear me ramble on about it.

I want to laugh... just not sure if I should... who are we kidding, that is funny.
ha!!
Man, you find humor in the oddest places, Doog.
That truly is ironic!!!! Very funny.
HA!
I can laugh at that because we are irreverent around here, too. We lost my mom's ashes when we moved. They were just missing for over a year. One day I opened the refrigerator and my mom's urn was just sitting there next to the milk. Ben was around the corner chortling to himself. He had found it in a box with the sewing machine in a closet.
Anyway. Very funny, Eric.
DUDE!!! Jump all over that offer! That is twisted funny!!
Glad to hear everyone got a kick out of it.
Mike - I thought about it but there's just the little issue of it being insurance fraud.
I can hear Pastor Brad using that as a great sermon illustration!
